  • What is the relationship of the Kraras Hall with Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church?
    Kraras Hall is part of Sts. Constantine and Helen, and is located on the lower level of the church.
  • How many guests can I have for my event?
    Kraras Hall can accommodate up to 250 guests with a dance floor, and up to 300 guests without a dance floor.
  • What kinds of events do you host?
    We have expertise in hosting a variety of events, including weddings, showers, birthday parties, and company events and fundraisers.
  • How long will I have access to the hall on the day of my event?
    As long as there are no other events scheduled that day, you are welcome to use the hall the entire day. The event must end by 10:00pm and the hall be cleaned up and vacated by 11:00pm unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
  • Can I access the hall prior to the event for setup?
    Yes. As long as there is no other event taking place, you are welcome to come earlier that day or the day before to set up.
  • What caterers may I use?
    Kraras Hall works with the following caterers for events. Our caterers are skilled at creating successful events on our property.   • Do you provide tables and chairs?
    Yes, we have 60 inch round tables and padded chairs for use at your event. We also have 10 rectangular 8-foot tables and 2 rectangular 6-foot tables.
  • Do you provide the table cloths?
    No, we do not provide table cloths for events.
  • Can I bring my own food, or use the kitchen at the Kraras Hall to cook?
    No, we do not permit renters to bring their own food or use the kitchen. The kitchen is available for our caterers to use.
  • Do you require insurance for events?
    Yes, renters must provide a certificate of insurance that indemnifies Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church for any liability on the day of the event.
  • May alcohol be served at the event?
    Yes. If you plan to serve alcohol at your event, please ensure that this information is added to your certificate of insurance. Also, alcohol may not be sold at the event.
  • Do I have to bring my own ice, or is there an ice machine I could use?
    You are welcome to use the ice machine that is located just behind the bar area.
  • Is there parking on-site for guests?
    Yes. There is ample on-site parking for guests at your event.
  • Can I have my wedding ceremony at the Kraras Hall?
    Unfortunately no. Since the Kraras Hall is part of a church, we are only able to host wedding receptions.
